Business user guide
Audience: All tenant users (MEMBER and ADMIN roles)
Goal: Analyze governed data in natural language without writing SQL.
PrismBI’s primary workspace is Explore in the Admin Portal. Business users with the MEMBER role see only Analyze → Explore in the navigation; tenant admins use the same Explore experience for day-to-day analysis.

Typical workflow
- Sign in to the Admin Portal and select your organization (tenant).
- Open Explore.
- Choose a datasource (or attach files for one-off analysis).
- Type your question and click Run.
- Review the analysis summary, charts, and tables.
- Ask follow-up questions in the same conversation, or start New analysis.
Role note
MEMBER users have access to Explore only. If you need datasources, team invites, or sharing setup, ask a tenant ADMIN.
