Billing and usage
Audience: Tenant admin (and platform admin with tenant context)
Goal: Track credit consumption and billing-cycle activity.
Usage page
Open Billing → Usage (/billing/usage).
Figure: Cycle summary, credits, and transaction history.
What you can review
- Current billing cycle dates
- Credits used, allowance, and remaining balance
- Token usage and provider cost summaries where recorded
- Transaction history with filters (date, user)
Billing configuration
Subscription plan assignment and credit top-ups for a tenant are managed by platform administrators from Tenants → Configure (/billing/configuration), not from the Billing submenu.
Tenant admins should request plan changes through your PrismBI account team.
Tips
- Review usage weekly during pilot rollouts.
- Correlate spikes with large Explore batches or evaluation runs.
- MEMBER users see composer blocking when credits are exhausted—see Credits and limits.
Troubleshooting
