Integrations (S3 and SMTP)

Audience: Tenant admin
Goal: Configure tenant-scoped service connections for exports and notifications.

Open Integrations → Connections (/integrations).

Supported integration types

Type	Typical use
Amazon S3	Export artifacts, landing zone for reports
SMTP	Email delivery of notifications or exports

Create an integration

1. Click Add integration.
2. Choose connector type.
3. Enter connection settings (endpoints, buckets, credentials).
4. Save and run Test to validate.

Tips

• Scope IAM or SMTP credentials to least privilege.
• Store secrets through your approved secret manager where supported.
• MCP and database connectivity are configured separately—see MCP connections and Datasources.

Troubleshooting

Issue	What to try
Test fails	Verify network path from BI Core or agent to the service
Integration inactive	Check archived status; recreate if credentials rotated
