BI apps
Use BI apps when teams need guided analytics:
- Open
/bi-apps. - Create an app from a preset (anomaly detection, Excel analyst, and others).
- Bind datasources, knowledge spaces, and workflows.
- Configure agent profiles and recommended prompts.
- Publish for your organization.
Users can launch apps via API-level biAppId on query submit where integrated.
Reports
Save analyses from Explore using Save to report, then organize dashboards in /reports.
Tips
- Start with one team and a narrow app scope before tenant-wide rollout.
- Document recommended prompts inside the app configuration.
- Pair apps with Evaluations before major releases.
